Ducking Around in Hou Hai
I snapped this picture at Hou Hai, literally "the back lakes" which are near the city center.
It's where people eat and drink at the bars and restaurants lined around the lakes, or even take a dip.
And here are some people taking a joyride in a duck-shaped paddle boat, with a real bird not far behind.

pretty nice compositon , both ducks heading right. except lighting not too cooperative. " hou hai' literally "rear sea". it was a man made lake from the time of tze xi-empress dowager . the dugged up soil was made into the "coal hill" in yee ho yuen, the royal garden at the rear of the imperial palace.
